Aldo Leopold wrote the book “land ethic” around the 1050s. As a boy, Leopoldo had large interests on field ornithology and natural history. The book principally talks about the environment as a whole (its concept), its consequences, ethical sequence and the conscience we as humans hold toward it. There is a discussion weather nature should be preserved only because of its economic and practical benefits for humans, or because it provides value beyond merely supplying natural resources...

We, as soft ecologists, believe that nature and the environment is fundamental and that we should not exactly take advantage of it for our benefits, rather appreciate it and having conscience of such beauty nature is and trying our best to preserve it.  We believe that the people should all work as a community and instead of being dependents on certain things such as technology, we can instead create values for ourselves regarding the environment. We think that technology is not the solution of anything and that it wont help nature preserve, but people can. The fact of us being aware of the changes and possibilities that nature goes through is already a big step towards success. Soft ecologists are convinced that nature does provide value beyond merely supplying natural resources and that it is in fact quite selfish to think that nature should be preserved because it provides benefits to humans. People must change their typical point of view and start being empathetic towards the environment in which we live. We as soft ecologists, accept the changes and disadvantages that nature may be going through but at least we are willing to help and to honor and value it as it is."Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Make it a habit to reduce the things we need or we consume. Purchase only things that we only need and eat only what you can. Let us do our share not to be part of the problem or should I say part of the garbage problem. Reuse all the things that can still be repaired/fixed or those things that are still okay. Recycle things to conserve our resources, collect old newspapers, books, magazines, used papers, bottles (plastic and glass), and any other things that you could sell in junkyards. There is money in garbage and at the same time we’re doing our part in recycling process." We can see how inside this quote by Hub Pages, they are trying to make people aware on how to conserve the environment. While we are reducing we should be not thinking about our own benefit since we are some how sacrificing things that may not be our basic needs in life. We as soft ecologists think that the environment should resive the benefit first than what we need since we depend on weather the environment is in good situations or in bad situations.

Environment vs. economy (Partys)
In the graph above we can see that the different parties take advantage of economy and help the environment according to their interests and necessities. The democrats are the ones who have the closest to have a similar growth in between the support of economic growth and the support of protection of the environment with 6% of difference being the support for the protection of the environment the highest. On the other side we have the independence who also have similar growth, but in this case there is a difference of an 8% in between the economy and the environment, even though in this case the support to the economic growth is higher.
Protecting the environment vs. economic growth

On the graph above we can differ how certain countries have different interests, and the correlation of how recently people have realized the need to be aware of the environment. Even though we as soft ecologists find rare that a country such as Africa has higher the economic growth and the creation of jobs than (71%) than protecting the environment (27%) when Africa has such amount of biodiversity in flora and fauna that should be preserved.

On the graph above we get to see two different things about how people act towards helping the earth. As we can see it talks about our own wastes that in some way show how we tend to think in our own benefit and not in the environment´s benefit. But at the same time those wastes that we throw to the environment get to benefit the earth in some wayt by recycling it, using it for enery or for landfilleds. This graph represent how people sometimes are not aware of how we can affect or how can we help the environment. Also the graph represents how the earth has shown a benefit because of a human activity or necessity. We as soft ecologist think that every little change or benefit we can do for the earth we should do it.
