Cornicopians point of view on european resource exploitation on native american land

When the European pioneers first arrived to North America, Native Americans were underdeveloped. They were very primitive and lived under savage conditions, that did not enable them to enjoy a life of commodities, and hence their life expectancy was low. This undeveloped communities which did not have access to clean water, or access to any of the commodities we have now a day. Did not have a comfortable bed, room or any type of communication we have now. Therefore they did not have economical growth. When the Europeans arrived one of their major accomplishments was the pressure to increase agricultural productivity. The increase of agricultural productivity in the Native American communities increased the level and rate of development. Food and accessibility to clean water are the basic needs for human survival. The pressure on agricultural productivity increased the life expectancy of the Native Americans, and therefore brought them to where they are now.

The increase in food productivity is directly linked to not only human population life expectancy but the increase in animal population and plant population like shown in the graph below.

  2. Environmental managers agree on Cornicopians point of view of European influence in American land. Without that influence Native americans will still be underdeveloped, or at least will be one step behind the rest of thw world. What we dont agree is that without that influence they would have never grow to something better. Instead we think that they would have manage they way to civilization, and they would have take avantages of resources, just that in a different way.
