Deep
Ecologists Chernobyl Disaster Perspective.
Previous
information about the disaster:
- Chernobyl was a nuclear plant.
- Chernobyl is located in Ukraine and the disaster occurred on April 1986
- The Chernobyl accident in 1986 was the result of a flawed Soviet reactor design that was operated with inadequately by the personal.
- Its consider as a consequence of the Cold War because of the insolation due to the conflict.
- The resulting steam explosion and fires released at least 5% of the radioactive reactor core into the atmosphere and downwind.
- 30 deaths that moment, a lot of other deaths after it and side effects on health and people development.
- Acute Radiation syndrome got to 237. 28 of this people died almost immediately.
- A lot of cancer cases have been diagnosed since this moment in near by areas. (thyroid)
- Resettlement of areas from which people were relocated is ongoing.
Our
perspective about this:
- This kind of disaster can occur any time and its harming the environment.
- If another of this explosions occur, this can be a very big step towards the point in Global Warming where we cant go back.
- This type of technology is very effective but there is a need of high quality management and at the same time a very strict observation of the entire processes.
- Humanity should begin to use alternative energy as wind energy consoles or water energy plants because this way we are not harming the environment.
- Humans should only use the exact and necessary amount of energy because now a day we tend to use more energy that we need in unnecessary things. This promotes global warming.
